Really good analysis of the relaxed running form of USC Trojan winner Lionel Harry at the UCLA vs USC Track and Field Dual in early spring of 2008. The winning time is 45.04 with a 21.1 split at the 200 meter mark. The Trojans go 1st and 2nd in this event. Wow! The Trojans from USC put it on the crosstown rivals from UCLA in the men's 4 X 100 meter relay at the early season dual between the two PAC-10 schools. Ahmad Rashad runs particularly well on the backstretch to give USC a lead they won't come close to losing. A little showboating on the final leg, but the time of 39.92 is very respectable for this early in the spring of 2008.
