The Vancouver Olympics – Moguls/Hockey

This is one sober and excited Canadian's view on the greatness that is our Canadian Olympic team! This is the one time of every 4 years that we actually care about such sports as Moguls and Women's Hockey! Please share with me all of your observations - the heartbreak of those wipeouts, the inspiring moment of the Back 4 Flip, the cheers from the crowd. The Winter Olympics(aka the better Olympics) happen once every 4 years and you'll find I get really obsessed when it comes to the Winter Olympics. The Summer Olympics are great too, but honestly there are only so many times I can watch a bunch of ripped guys in short shorts run in a straight line. Not all Olympic gold should be held equally. It all takes hard work, but at the end of the day all that really counts is that we take down the American hockey teams ;) hehehe btw to those American viewers I have, congrats on your early lead in the medal count. Your two big events so far were impressive. I must say that I expected more out of Apollo with the Koreans, but luckily for you guys one Korean took two other ones out (OUCH)! Also the two medals in moguls were very well earned and I was really happy for all three medalists, even though I really wish Heil or Richards had won. |
