Recent Summit and Retreat. November 10th, 2005. Tamer Kirac, Executive Director The Economic Development Council (EDC) of Jefferson County is the lead business assistance organization in the county. It provides a full menu of assistance services either directly or through its contractual affiliations with state, federal and local agencies. These services include business start-up counseling, business plan preparation, assistance accessing small business loans and market research. These services are provided through the EDC's Small Business Resource Center located on the second floor of Frontier Bank, located at 2200 Sims Way, Suite 201A, Port Townsend.
