I am a 14 year old girl and I have one of the worst cases of acne Ive seen. I break out almost everyday and have alot of red spots and blemishes. Nothing I do seems to work. Im currently using nutrogena like 2 times a day, and it makes my skin very dry after using it. When I first had it I think I cleared up a tad but now its back and worse than before. I do admit that I am currently eating a lot of sweets and junk food. Things like cakes, cookies, ice cream, candy, chocolate. Does this have anything to do with me breaking out so much? I also have very fair white pale skin. Ive heard that pro-active doesnt work and Im tired of spending money on things that dont work. Is there anything that can honestly help my acne?
