I Think I May Be Developing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, can Wrist/forearm Workouts Help Reverse Or Stop It?Ive read the symptoms of CTS, and only been feeling it the last 4 or 5 days,in which ive been using my computer for 3-7 hours during the day(no wonder).Ive used a computer for atleast 10+ years, but just recently started feeling this. If i take a huge break, while now noticing signs, from clicking and typing constantly-and use my forearm strength grips(the workout tool) could I possibly stop the tingling and whats going on from getting worse / or stop it almost completely?

I Had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome While I Was Pregnant…?I developed the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome when I was about 28 weeks pregnant. I had a scheduled c-section when I was 38 weeks pregnant due to the risk of my son getting shoulder dystosia if I delivered naturally. Well I remained swollen (hands, feet, ankles) for about a week and now everything is back to normal. EXCEPT my fingers are still numb and tingly. Everything I touch seems rough. and my wrist still hurt every once in a while.
So my question is for about how long, for any of you who experienced Carpal Tunnel while pregnant, did it take for the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to go away?
I had my baby July 30th so it will be 3 weeks on Thursday… ![]()

Carpal Tunnel Again, Or Something Else?I worked at Starbucks for a year, about the latter half of the year I worked there I developed Carpal Tunnel syndrome. I quit working in August, and went back in October. Now my hands and wrists hurt so bad, especially because I am on bar a lot more often at this new store. Im doing things like carrying heavy floor mats, carrying milk jugs back and forth, mopping, etc.
When I first went to my regular doctor, who had me hold my hands together similar to praying, to see if I felt numbness or tingling, I did. Now when I try that, I dont feel any numbness. I was reading online that if you dont have numbness then its probably not Carpal tunnel. Is there a condition possibly similar to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that would cause wrist and hand pain? Or is it possible the numbness was only an early symptom, and has gone away?
I am going back to the doctor next week, but I wanted to see if anyone had any other possibilities I could ask her about.

I Have Developed Carpal Tunnel Since Working At My Last Occupation…?I feel even though, I received workers comp. that my employer was negligent in the fact that I am no longer working there but yet I still suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I feel as though I am a perfect candidate for the medial nerve surgery but that Workers Comp. neglected to pay for it. I am still suffering in life w/ the symptoms I developed at my past employer and wonder if I have grounds for a law suit? In this law suit I am not suing for all they have… I am only asking for a fair chance @ a real diagnoses… to other people out there who suffer from Carpal Tunnel …. would you hold your employer negligent? because I really wish to be told I have a case against them because I cant even hold a sandwich!
